Isabel is a trained professional with a background in Political Science and International relations as well as a MA in International Relations of the EU (College of Europe) and a MA in Development Project Management. She has more than 12 years’ experience with the European Institutions: the European Commission, the European External Action service and currently the European Investment Bank (EIB). She is currently working as Senior Institutional officer with the EIB Brussels office covering Global Gateway, Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia Pacific.
